It was evident during the festival launch party on the Thursday night at Lily on College St. ITH 2007 was going to be something special.

The Friday night launched the ITH first ever U2 Songbook at The Gladstone Hotel, featuring a number of very talented local musicians performing their own renditions and covers of many U2 songs. The musicians weren't the only artists of the night, the walls were creatively decorated by numerous photos and artwork as part of the first U2 Fan Photo Exhibit.

Saturday night, ELEVATION [The International U2 Tribute Show] headlined the festival, performing yet another great show proving Jeff Healey's Roadhouse can get 'Out of Control'. Though it wasn't all their doing. Montreal indie band, Acrobat, energized the crowd early on. The evening ended auctioning off many of the framed fan photos from the previous night and a salute to ITH 2007.

Between all events, we reached our goal of $3000 for the African Well Fund. Well done! See you in 2008.
